Who we are

This website is operated by On The Ground Productions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom, company number 15780604, VAT 472 6642 73. For anything relating to your data, or this policy, contact us at hello@onthegroundproductions.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising or profiling, and we set no non-essential cookies. Because nothing that requires your consent is stored on your device, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes, we will add a clear notice and ask for your consent first.

Analytics

To understand roughly how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-first and cookieless: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views, referring sites, approximate country, and general device or browser type. We use this only to improve the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and developing it.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which also provides content delivery and security. As part of serving any website, Cloudflare processes limited technical data, including IP addresses, in server logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This is necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure, and rests on our legitimate interest in a reliable, safe website.

Fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When a font is fetched, your IP address is shared with Google in order to deliver it. No cookies are set by this. If you would prefer we serve fonts entirely from our own domain instead, let us know.

Contacting us and the enquiry form

If you email us or use the contact form, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company and message, so that we can respond and, if it goes further, discuss your project. Our contact form is delivered through Formspree, which forwards your message to us and processes it on our behalf. We use this information to take steps at your request and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.

Links to other sites

The site links out to external platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. We do not embed their trackers on our pages, but once you follow a link you are subject to that platform’s own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email hello@onthegroundproductions.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
